Choose an entry zone

When creating a meeting, select the zone in which the time was proposed. For example, enter 21:00 in Europe/Paris when the other person gives you 9:00 PM Central European time. Taiega immediately shows the corresponding date, time, offset, and zone for the organizer.

Let the date determine the offset

Time-zone offsets vary with daylight-saving rules. Taiega converts a named zone at the meeting date instead of treating CET, EST, or another abbreviation as a fixed offset.

One instant, local displays

After confirmation, the meeting stores one canonical instant. Calendar files, emails, meeting details, and participant accounts render that instant in the appropriate local zone.
