Choose a date range, weekdays, daily hours, meeting duration, start interval, and preparation buffers. Taiega evaluates candidate starts against manual exclusions, meeting caps, existing Taiega meetings, and connected calendars.
Choose who can respond
A public link permits anyone who receives it to continue under the selected guest-verification policy. A restricted invitation is bound to a listed email. If account-required access is selected, the invitee must sign in with that exact verified address.
When the invitee chooses
Taiega confirms the chosen instant, creates the configured meeting room, updates the shared meeting record, and sends final confirmation according to each participant’s delivery preferences. The organizer can see who selected the time and when.
