Choose your home time zone
Taiega stores an IANA time zone such as America/New_York, Europe/Paris, or Asia/Kolkata. This lets daylight-saving changes resolve on the correct historical and future rules. A label such as EST or CET alone can be ambiguous.
Define normal working hours
Select the weekdays and start and end time that normally apply. An end time earlier than the start time continues into the following day. Different hours by weekday can override the daily pattern.
How participants see time
The organizer’s zone remains the reference used to create the meeting. Every participant sees the same instant converted to their selected or detected time zone. The meeting details show the zone and UTC offset so the conversion can be checked.
