Control dates, times, buffers, and meeting caps

Combine regular hours with deliberate exclusions and workload limits.

How availability is calculated

Taiega starts with the date range and working hours, then removes starts blocked by connected calendars, existing Taiega meetings, preparation buffers, meeting caps, minimum notice, and manual exclusions. Availability is checked again at confirmation to prevent stale bookings.

Mark a date or start unavailable

In the scheduling editor, select a date and mark the entire day unavailable or select individual starts to exclude. Manual exclusions are saved with the proposal or booking page and remain visible in its summary.

Use caps and buffers

  • A daily cap limits how many meetings may be confirmed in one local day.
  • A weekly cap limits the total across the configured week.
  • Time before and after each meeting blocks adjacent starts.
  • A minimum-notice rule prevents last-minute confirmation.
