Understand meeting and delivery statuses

Tell drafts, open choices, scheduled meetings, completed meetings, delivery, and RSVP apart.

Meeting lifecycle

Taiega derives completion from the meeting end time. A past meeting should not remain in the scheduled list simply because no person manually closed it.

  • Draft: the organizer has not sent or published the meeting.
  • Open for a choice: an invitee may still select a time.
  • Scheduled: a time has been confirmed.
  • Completed: the scheduled end time has passed.
  • Closed or cancelled: the meeting can no longer be booked or attended as planned.

Delivery lifecycle

Queued, sent, delivered, bounced, and failed describe the email channel. Provider accepted means the sending service accepted the request; it does not prove inbox placement or attendee acceptance.

Attendee response

Each listed participant has a separate RSVP state. The organizer sees the address, response, and recorded time when available.
