Why your name matters
Your email is the sign-in identifier. Your profile name is the human-readable identity shown to invitees, participants, and administrators. Taiega asks for a real, recognizable name instead of deriving a permanent display name from the part before the @ sign.
Update your profile

Open Settings
Sign in and open Settings, then Profile.

Enter your name
Add the name people should see on meeting invitations and shared records.

Review your email
Confirm the verified address is the account you intend to use.
Organization identities
If you use separate accounts for different businesses, give each account the appropriate sender identity and connected services. Do not share sign-in credentials between people.
