Choose recipients

Invitees receive the message at the addresses listed on the meeting. The organizer can enable Send to creator so the configured organizer address receives the same meeting context. When participants are added later, choose new participants only or everyone.

What the message contains

Meeting email includes the title, organizer message, proposed window or confirmed time, time-zone context, actionable invitation link, and joining link when a room exists. Calendar details may be included inline and as an iCalendar attachment according to the sender’s delivery preferences.

What delivery status proves

Sent or provider accepted means Taiega handed the message to the mail provider. Delivered means the provider reported successful destination delivery. Bounced or failed means action is required. None of these states is the attendee’s RSVP.
