What administrators can see
The user directory shows account identity, access state, profile completion, registration, last sign-in, and connection readiness. It does not provide a staff interface for reading private meetings, notes, messages, attachments, or calendar content.
Account actions
- Suspend blocks sign-in while preserving the account for review.
- Reactivate restores a suspended account.
- Delete removes sign-in credentials and begins the data-deletion workflow.
- Every privileged action requires a reason and writes an audit event.
Deleted accounts
Deleted identities are removed from the active user directory. A separate deleted-accounts view retains only the operational evidence needed for the retention window, shared-record obligations, and a controlled purge.
