Understand personal exports, account deletion, shared records, and retained security evidence.

Export your data

Open Account security and request an export before deletion. Exports include customer-visible account data but do not include provider tokens, secret hashes, internal encryption material, or another person’s private data.

Delete the account

Account deletion removes sign-in access and begins deletion or anonymization of private account data. It also revokes supported provider connections and active API keys.

Shared and audit records

A meeting shared with another participant may remain in that participant’s history with the deleted person anonymized. Limited security, delivery, billing, or access-decision evidence may remain for its documented retention period where deletion would damage another person’s record, fraud prevention, or an immutable audit trail.
